Unmarried Partners can apply if one partner is settled in the UK. Children of persons settled in the UK with a valid UK residence;

Adopted Children, - Parents and Grandparents in difficult circumstances can qualify to settle permanently in the UK with their children.

Other Close Relatives - Brothers, Sisters, Uncles and Aunts of persons settled in the UK may also apply if they are living in exceptionally poor conditions. See information aside.
